Description of Egg-layers Specialized Multi-enzymes

The special multi-enzyme preparation for laying hens is a multi-enzyme preparation produced by Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd. according to the characteristics of poultry digestive physiology, feed resources and the current situation of feed preparations. It is achieved through advanced liquid submerged fermentation and a stabilized treatment of a modified genetically engineered strain. The special multi-enzyme for Havana laying hens has the advantages of wide enzyme spectrum, good NSP degradation effect, and greatly improved feed utilization rate.


The digestive physiology characteristics of Poultry

1. Although  mature, hens that have just entered the laying period are still developing and continue to gain weight.
Figure 2: The egg layer used to be tight. They are always very sensitive to environmental changes. During spawning, changes in feed formulation, ambient temperature, humidity and light, etc. can negatively affect egg production.
3. Egg layers have different nutrient utilization rates at different ages. When  maturity is reached, the calcium storage capacity is significantly enhanced. From the beginning of laying period to the peak laying period, laying hens have enhanced digestion and absorption of nutrients, and feed intake continues to increase. However, in the later stage of spawning, their digestion and absorption capacity weakens, while their fat deposition capacity increases.
4. The speed of laying eggs is very fast at the beginning, and the weight of eggs gradually increases. If there is insufficient nutrition, the laying hen will be more likely to reduce immunity, resulting in unstable egg production.

Product functions 

1. Degrading anti-nutritional factors of non-starch polysaccharides in feedstuff effectively, such as cellulose, xylan etc. and decreasing chyme viscosity and reducing diarrhea symptoms, thus increasing types and proportions of grains, miscellaneous meals and industrial by-products in feedstuff to reduce the cost of formula.

2. Breaking down the cell walls of plants and promoting the release of inside nutrients, thus enhancing the digestibility and utilization efficiency of feed.

3. Increasing the activity of endogenous enzymes and digestibility and absorptive ability of nutrients, enhancing feed digesting and metabolizable energy, balancing the quality differences of products caused by different purchase in feed raw materials.

4. Inhibiting growth of harmful microorganism colonies in intestinal tract and increasing the number of beneficial microorganism colonies, thus maintaining the dynamic balance of microorganism colonies in animal intestine.

5. Reducing or avoiding compensatory hypertrophy and hyperplasia of digestive organs, thus reducing animals’ requirements for maintenance and improving energy efficiency of feedstuff.


Application effects



Effects of adding Egg-layers specialized multi-enzyme to miscellaneous meal type diet on production performance of egg-layers

The experimental animals: Choosing 270 healthy, 200 days age, peak period of egg-layers, divided into two groups stochastically, three repetitions per group, and 45 chickens for each repetition. Formal trail period is 28 days.

Control group :basal diet group (miscellaneous meal type diet)

Experimental group:basal diet+350g/T Egg-layers specialized multi-enzyme

Laying rate increased by 3.96%, feed intake decreased by 4.0% and F/E was improved by 7.0% when adding Egg-layers specialized multi-enzyme.


Package and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/bag; liquid : 30kg per plastic barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ).

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
