Description of Ruminant Specialized Multi-enzymes

Ruminant specialized multi-enzyme is a new type of multi-enzyme preparation developed by Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd on the basis of ruminant’s digestive physiology characteristics, feed resources and current formula situation. This multi-enzyme is composed by various kinds of enzymes which adopt genetically engineered microorganism and is produced through advanced liquid submerged fermentation and stabilizing treatment. Habio ruminant specialized multi-enzyme can improve digestion of feed nutrient and production performance of ruminant animal, thus increasing economic benefits.

 

The digestive physiology characteristics of ruminant

1. Juvenile ruminant has the biggest abomasums. Its digestive physiology characteristic is similar to monogastric animal. It cannot secrete enough digestive enzymes.

2. The ruminant’s stomach is much different from monogastric animals. It is constituted by rumen, reticulum, omasum, and abomasum. There such kinds of microorganism and protista, which ferment and make a catabolism of all daily feed nutrition. Additionally, the ruminant’s digestive characteristic is much different from the monogastric animal, too.

3. The ruminant’s digestive tract cannot secret NSP enzymes. But rumen microorganism can produce them partly.

4. As roughage is the basal feed for the ruminant. It is high in corase fiber, low in energy value and crude protein, which cause the roughage being not suitable for chewing, digesting, and transferring into energy.

5. As the complete feed supplement is the important component of the ruminant’s daily feed. It can make up for the animal nutrition deficiency. But an excess addition will bring out serious adverse impact on ruminant.

1. Material is relatively simple; usually it is corn-soybean meal feed.

On the basis of high contents of xylan and cellulose in ruminants’ complete feed and roughage,Habio ruminant specialized multi-enzyme is major in xylanase and cellulase,reasonably composing various enzymes to help rumen microorganism to decompose the NSP in feed.

2. High efficiency

One of the main enzymes, xylanase, which contains endo-xylanse of high activity, can take effect more rapidly and decompose the substrates more thoroughly. Other enzymes, through the optimum combination, also have high efficiency. Cellulase, which is produced by Trichoderma reesei, has superior characteristics and enzymolysis efficiency. Package and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/bag; liquid : 30kg per plastic barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ).
