Premix Feed Enzymes ( High Concentrated) - HC10
Product Information
In the broiler breeding process, the diet type is mainly corn-soybean meal type, and a few areas are affected by geography and market conditions to adopt corn-wheat-soybean meal type rations. Regardless of the type of diet, it contains a lot of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP). Since broilers do not contain the corresponding decomposing enzymes, they cannot decompose NSP. NSP not only encapsulates nutrients, makes it difficult to release nutrients and cannot be digested and utilized, which reduces the utilization of nutrients and effective energy; it also causes problems such as disturbance of the intestinal flora of broilers, diarrhea, and decreased production performance.
During the growth of broilers, the secretion of endogenous enzymes is affected by age and the external environment, resulting in far insufficient levels of endogenous enzymes. Studies have shown that endogenous amylase in broilers takes 5 days to reach full maturity, while lipase and protease take 7 days and 10 to 15 days to reach maturity, respectively, indicating that the content of endogenous enzymes in the juvenile stage is seriously insufficient; in addition, the breeding process In, cold and heat stress, immune stress and high-density feeding, etc., cause the activity of endogenous enzymes to be far lower than normal. Therefore, endogenous enzymes are seriously insufficient during the entire feeding period of broilers, and additional additions are required.
The Necessity of Product addtion
2.1 High NSP content
Corn-soybean meal type or corn-wheat-soybean meal type diets contain a large amount of NSP, among which arabinoxylan, β-glucan and mannan have the highest content. There is no enzyme in the animal body to decompose NSP, so eating a large amount of NSP will not only increase the viscosity of chyme, reduce digestion and utilization, but also cause diarrhea and intestinal diseases in livestock and poultry.
2.2 Low effective energy value
There are two main reasons for the low effective energy value. The first is that the body does not contain NSP enzymes, and a large amount of NSP cannot be digested and used, and is excreted with feces, resulting in low effective energy; secondly, NSP has encapsulated nutrients and endogenous which affects the digestion and utilization of the three major substances, resulting in low effective energy.
2.3 Lack of endogenous and unstable enzymes
During the growth and development of broilers, the activity of endogenous enzymes is low and unstable; in addition, under stress, the activity of enzymes will be significantly lower than normal.
