Product Overview

Habio High-Temp Phytase is a high-stability bacterial phytase developed for efficient hydrolysis of phytate phosphorus under feed processing and gastrointestinal conditions. The enzyme demonstrates excellent thermal resistance and maintains high biological efficiency after pelleting.

By degrading phytate complexes that bind phosphorus, proteins, and metal ions, the product improves nutrient bioavailability and reduces the excretion of undigested phosphorus in animal waste. Multiple activity specifications and formulation options are available to meet different feed production requirements.

Definition of Activity

One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.
