Product Description

Habio Glucose Oxidase (GOD) is a high-performance bio-oxidase enzyme produced through submerged microbial fermentation and advanced post-processing technology. The enzyme catalyzes the oxidation of β-D-glucose into gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide while simultaneously consuming oxygen.

This enzymatic reaction helps regulate gastrointestinal redox conditions, reduce intestinal oxygen levels, and support the proliferation of beneficial anaerobic bacteria. Habio GOD also contributes to improved nutrient digestibility, intestinal morphology, and oxidative stability in animal production systems.

Key Functions
  • Catalytic oxidation of glucose
  • Reduction of intestinal oxygen concentration
  • Promotion of beneficial anaerobic bacteria
  • Improvement of intestinal morphology
  • Enhancement of endogenous enzyme secretion
  • Improved nutrient digestibility
  • Reduction of pathogenic bacterial pressure
  • Support for mycotoxin management
Product Characteristics
  • High substrate specificity
  • Rapid catalytic efficiency
  • Strong thermal stability
  • Broad pH adaptability (3.0–10.0)
  • Effective activity at 30–65℃
  • Strong resistance to proteolytic enzymes
  • Stable during feed granulation
  • Advanced submerged fermentation manufacturing process
Definition of Activity

One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme that liberates D-gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide per minute from 1 μmol of β-D-glucose at 37℃ and pH 6.0.
