High-Activity Acid Protease Enzyme for Low-pH Protein Hydrolysis | Habio Acid Protease
Habio Acid Protease is a high-activity proteolytic enzyme obtained through submerged fermentation of Aspergillus microorganisms. The enzyme efficiently hydrolyzes proteins into peptides and amino acids under acidic conditions and demonstrates stable activity across a wide temperature range.

One unit (U) of acid protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg Folin-positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 3.0 and 40℃.
