Description of Habio Keratinase
Habio keratinase is keratinase is a specific alkaline serine protease extract from bacillus licheniformis by a liquid fermentation technique and refined by an advanced post-treatment technique. It is not only an alkaline protease, but also can break down disulfide bond, disintegrate keratin. Reductase of disulfide bonds in the keratinase is the key enzyme in the course of keratinolysis.
Definition of Habio Keratinase
One unit (U) of keratinase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.

Fuction of Habio Keratinase
1. Supplement the deficiency of endo-protease for animal.
2. Increase protein digestibility in animal feed and reduce the dosage of protein in feed formula.
3. Decrease the difference of feedstuff from different area and stabilize production performance.
4. Protect the environment and lessen pollution from nitrogen.
5. Develop out some new feedstuff e.g hydrolyzing feather meal, soybean meal and blood plasma powder.
Character of Habio Keratinase
1. High Activity in 35℃ - 80℃, the optimal temperature is 65℃.
2. High Activity in pH7.5-10.5, the optimal pH is 10.5.
Package and Storage
Packaging: 30kg , 225kg , 1ton tank
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 6 months (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
