Habio Alkaline Protease is a new enzyme produced by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd. with modern genetic engineering technology, microbial fermentation technology and advanced post-treatment technology. It has high activity of disulfide bond reductase and polypeptide hydrolase, which can effectively catalyze protein, especially keratin. Habio keratinase can be widely used in feed, leather, food, cosmetics and other industrial fields.

Definition of Activity

One unit (U) of Alkaline Protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release 1 μg tyrosine per minute by hydrolyzing casein at 40℃and pH 10.5 .

Product Characteristics

1.Optimum operation temperature: 65℃;

2.Optimum operation pH: 7-12.5;

3. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:

    Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 81.39%.

4. Good stability and adapted to different reaction environment;

1. Feed industry

Exclusively hydrolyzing impurities such as keratin, elastin and globulin etc.without causing damage to collagen, can be used for leather epilation and softening, reducing energy consumption and pollution.

To help active factors penetrate the skin barrier, remove excess keratin from skin, and achieve deep skin care.

4. Other industries

High-efficient hydrolysis of keratin proteins; can be used in manufacturing the organic fertilizers, improving the drugs permeability in keratin, enhancing the efficacy of skin topical drugs and other fields.

Specification and Usage

Package and Storage

Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.

Sealed storage in original package, room temperature(less than 25 ℃) for 12 months for solid form.

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
