Introduction

Habio phytase is developed by Mianyang Habio Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. with several protein research institutions after many years of collaboration, using pichia pastoris for microbial liquid submerged fermentation, under modern genetic engineering technology, and advanced post-processing techniques. It can release inorganic phosphorus through hydrolysis of phytic acid, thus improving its utilization, decreasing the usage of inorganic phosphorus sources, and reducing the cost of feed formulas. Being a green, efficient additive of livestock and poultry feed, it could also reduce the phosphorus in animal waste emissions and protect the environment.

Definition of Activity

One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

Characteristics

1. The enzyme activity is uniform, the effect is strong;

2. Strong resistance to digestive enzymes, little influence by metal ions;

3. The enzyme activity was high at 30℃ to 65℃, and the highest activity was detected at 60℃.

4. The highest enzyme activity was detected in pH=4.5, and enzyme activity is higher detected in acidic environment.

5. The retention rate of enzyme activity was 82.35% after 5.5h of gastric trypsin solution.

6.  It has good storage stability, and the survival rate of enzyme is more than 85% after 12 months storage at room temperature.

Package and Storage

Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.

Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
