Glucose Oxidase Inhibiting Aspergillus Flavus, Rhizopus Nigricans, Penicillium And Other Mould Directly

 

Habio Glucose Oxidase is produced by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co.,Ltd. with progressive submerged fermentation technology and variety of post-processing techniques. It can be highly catalytic beta - D - glucose specificity, generate gluconate, consume oxygen, has the advantages of reaction efficiency, non-toxic side effects. It also can effectively play the role of health care and disease prevention.

 

Definition of activity

 

One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase is defined as the quantity of enzymes,which liberates 1 μmol of D-gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide every minute from β-D- glucose at 37℃ and pH 6.

 

Product Characteristics

 

1. High enzyme activity, high specificity, rapid reaction, non-toxic side effects;

2. The optimum temperature is 30℃-60℃, adapted to animal body temperature;

3. The optimum pH is 3.0-7.0, adapted to the animal gastrointestinal environment;

4.  Resistance to pepsin and trypsin.

Treat in solution of pepsin and trypsin for 5.5h, the residual enzyme activity is 84.93%;

  1. It can make the anaerobic environment, lowering intestinal pH, promoting the propagation of probiotic bacteria, inhibiting the growth of E. coli, salmonella and other harmful bacteria by making anaerobic condition;
  2. Protecting the intestinal epithelial integrity to inhabit invasion of ball and the pathogenic bacteria;
  3. Removing various "free radicals" in livestock body effectively, protecting the intestinal epithelial integrity, inhabiting invasion of coccidium and pathogen with its function of antioxidant;
  4. Improving animal digestion and absorption of nutrients;
  5. Inhibiting Aspergillus flavus, Rhizopus nigricans, Penicillium and other mould directly, and having a preventive effective for Aflatoxin B1 intoxication.
