Description of Habio Lipase

Lipase can improve the absorption and utilization rate of fat and the energy utilization of feedstuff effectively during the growth process of pig, chicken, duck, fish, etc. It will also supplement necessary nutrient substance such as essential fat acid, fat soluble vitamin and pigment to animal.

Definition of Lipase Activity

One unit (U) of lipase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1 μmol of titratable fatty acid from olive oil at 40℃ and pH7.5 in 1min

Note: Mesh Size: 20 mesh ≥ 90%.

Character of Habio Lipase

1.Excellent thermostability, more than 85% activity residual rate after 85℃ pelleting process.

2. High Activity in 30℃ - 70℃, the optimal temperature is 55℃.

3. High Activity in pH3.5 – 9.5, the optimal pH is 7.5.

Function of Habio Lipase

1. Strong thermostability , adpat to the conditions of feed granulation, strong resistance to endogenous an d exogenous protease.

2. Intestinal lipase rentention rate is high, hardly wrapped by fatty acid.

3. It has a synergistic effect on the endogenous lipase

4. It significantly improve the energy utilization rate of ingredients.

5. It significantly increase endogenous enzyme activity in broilers intestines such as amylase, protease and lipase.

6. It significantly improve the nutrient digestibility. 

Package and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/bag, 20kg/25kg fiber drums

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form.

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
