Feed Grade High Thermostability Phytase Enzyme High Activity

High thermostability and high activity residual rate after feed pelleting Phytase Enzyme

Habio High-Temp Phytase is produced by Habio special post process. Its advantage is relative lower cost, good thermostability and high activity.

Definition of Activity

One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

Characteristics of Phytase

Habio High-Temp Phytase Granule has the best performance cost ratio. Habio has 10000U/g High-Temp Phytase Granule products to help clients replace European product with lower price and the same or better quality.

  1. High thermostability and high activity residual rate after feed pelleting to help customer acquire lowest enzyme adding cost.
  2. High stability. Both store directly and after pelleting can satisfy requirement for feed producing and animal feeding; easy to transport and store.
  3. Good flowability; easy to uniformly mix in feed processing
  4. Uniform and rounded beautiful granule with proper particle seize and good flowability without dust.
  5. Release quickly in gastro-intestinal tract of animals, combine and decompose substrates more effectively, and high biological efficiency
  6. Strong resistance to digestive enzymes and less negative effect from metal ions.
  7. Broad pH range of activity; the optimum temperature is close to animal body temperature.

Product Functions

1. Decomposing phytic acid of plant feed components, thus releasing inorganic phosphorus for direct utilization of livestock and poultry.

2. Decrease dosage of costly inorganic phosphorus and reduce feed costs and using space-saving formula to ensure or improve effect of breeding.

3. Promoting utilization of minerals, protein, and other nutrients to improve production performance of animals.

4. Significantly improving biological utilization ratio of dietary phosphorus and reducing the waste of inorganic phosphorus.

Thermostability

Habio has done enzyme remaining rate test experiment for High temp Phytase 10,000U/g Granule imitating the feed pelleting process condition under 85 ℃, 90 ℃, and 95 ℃, and humidity of 85% RH in 30 seconds and 1 minute. The retention rate is above 96% even at 95 ℃.
