Description of Phytase
The Gene Souces of Habio Phytase Liquid is E.Coli and it is the type of 6-phytase, which can fully degrade the IP6. Habio phytase is developed by liquid microbial fermentation technology, and advanced postprocessing techniques, the highest activity of Habio phytase liquid could be up to 50,000FTU/mL.
Definition of Phytase Activity – same to FYT and FTU
One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

Fuction of Habio Phytase
Liquid phytase has storage stability, enzyme activity losing in half year is less than 10% under 10℃ and less than 15% under room temperature in six months.The original activity of 5,000U/g liquid phytase is ≥ 7,000U/g, The original activity of 10,000U/g liquid phytase is ≥ 12,000U/g.
Other fuction is same as solid ( Powder and Granule) Phytase.

Package and Storage
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 6 months, the shelf life will be longer with lower temperature storage.
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
