Habio Alkaline Protease is a broad-spectrum proteolytic feed enzyme manufactured through submerged microbial fermentation and advanced post-processing technology. The enzyme demonstrates efficient hydrolysis activity against protein substrates over a broad temperature and alkaline pH range.
The product is developed to improve protein digestibility, enhance amino acid availability, and support gastrointestinal functionality in poultry and livestock production systems. Habio Alkaline Protease also contributes to reduced anti-nutritional effects and lower nitrogen excretion in animal feed applications.

One unit (U) of Alkaline Protease is defined as the amount of enzyme capable of releasing 1 μg tyrosine-equivalent amino acids and peptides from casein substrate per minute at 40℃ and pH 10.5.
