Product Description

Habio beta-mannanase is a good type of mannanase produced by liquid submerged fermentation. It is acid-resistance and thermostable natively with high enzyme activity and good characteristics through years of intensive research. It can hydrolyze the glucosidic bond into the beta-manna specially and then release the oligosaccharide in order to remove the anti-nutrition factor, improve the digestibility, increase the feed energy and reduce the cultivation pollution.

Definition of Activity

One unit (U) of β-mannanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1 μmol reducing sugar per minute from 3 mg/mL mannan solution at 37 ℃ and pH 5.5.

Anti-nutrient Effect of β-Manna

β-Mannan is a primary component of hemicellulose found in plant cell walls. it serves as a commonanti-nutritional factor in various plant feed ingredients, including beans, palm meal, and sunflowelseed meal. This compound exhibits characteristics such as immune stimulation, surface activity, andwater retention capacity.
Upon water absorption, soluble mannan increases chyme viscosity, impairing nutrient digestion andabsorption and potentially leading to diarhea and other adverse symptoms in animals. Furthermore, even small amounts of mannan can trigger an immune response within the body, thereby reducing theavailability of nutrients for growth. Ultimately, this can result in diminished production performance andincreased costs.

Why We Use Habio Mannanase?

* Habio beta-mannanase has high activity from 30℃- 80℃ and from pH 2.5-7.5. The activity is higher when tested in acid environment.

* The degradation product of beta-mannan is manna-oligosaccharides, which can reduce the planting of the pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract and keep the intestinal mucosa integrity, boost the multiplication of probiotics in intestinal tract and reduce the diarrhea, so finally increase the production performance.
