β-Mannan is a primary component of hemicellulose found in plant cell walls. it serves as a commonanti-nutritional factor in various plant feed ingredients, including beans, palm meal, and sunflowelseed meal. This compound exhibits characteristics such as immune stimulation, surface activity, andwater retention capacity.
Upon water absorption, soluble mannan increases chyme viscosity, impairing nutrient digestion andabsorption and potentially leading to diarhea and other adverse symptoms in animals. Furthermore, even small amounts of mannan can trigger an immune response within the body, thereby reducing theavailability of nutrients for growth. Ultimately, this can result in diminished production performance andincreased costs.

Why We Use Habio Mannanase?
* Habio beta-mannanase has high activity from 30℃- 80℃ and from pH 2.5-7.5. The activity is higher when tested in acid environment.
* The retention rate of enzyme activity was more than 90% after treatment at 85℃-85%RH. Habio beta-mannanase has high retention rate from pH 2.5-10.5.
* Strong resistance of Habio β-mannanase to endo- and exo-protease.
* Efficient degradation of mannan and release MOS, improve the nutritional value of raw materials.
