Habio's new protease is developed by using modern genetic engineering technology, microbial fermentation technology and advanced post-processing technology, combined with efficient protein disulfide reductase and peptidase hydrolase, and can be widely used in industrial fields such as feed, textiles, and detergents.
Definition of Activity
One protease unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μg Folin positive amino acid and peptide from casein in 40℃,pH7.5.

Product Function
1. Feed industry:
Improve the digestibility of protein, peptide and amino acid, reduce disease, promote growth, improve feed utilization and save cost. This enzyme can be used synergistically with other enzymes.
2. Textile industry
Specially hydrolyze keratin, elastin, globulin and other impurities without damaging collagen, and can be used for leather depilation and softening. When soaked, it helps the leather absorb water, while depilation helps to separate the mucus that connects the fur to the skin, which releases the collagen fibers that keep the leather supple after tanning. For wool fiber processing, it is effective in felting wool, low-temperature dyeing, anti-pilling, soft finishing and bio-polishing For degumming of raw silk, making the finished product soft, smooth, shiny and bright, elastic, and reducing the impact on the strength of the fabric Damage, fast degumming, reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
3. Detergent
Proteases have broad substrate specificity, good temperature and pH stability, and can effectively remove various protein stains. It can be used for both cold and hot water washing. Even better if used with lipase and some other enzymes.

Package and Storage
Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.
Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
