Catalase Can Be Used On Textile Papermaking Electronics Food Environmental Protection Industry
Habio catalase is developed by Habio with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology, which can efficiently catalyze hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) into oxygen and water, and can be widely used in textile, paper, electronics, food and other industries to remove hydrogen peroxide, a significant saving of water resources and reduce energy consume.
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of catalase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μmol hydrogen peroxide per minute at 30℃, pH7.0.

4. Thermostable Treatment
Thermostable treatment: water bath for 5 min under different temperature, then test the residual enzyme activity.
5. pH Resisitance Treatment
Resisitance treatment: treatment for 90min under different pH, then test the residual enzyme activity.
6. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:
Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 83.94%.
7. High purity without impurities, good storage stability, convenient for transportation and storage.

Product Functions
1. Textile industry: after bleaching, remove hydrogen peroxide before dyeing, save water, energy and time, do not hurt the fiber and dye, do not pollute the environment and dye;
2. Paper industry: monitor and optimize the amount of hydrogen peroxide in bleaching, and degrade the residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching; Increase the toughness of paper fiber and the quality of paper;
3. Electronic industry: germanium, silicon transistors and semiconductor components after erosion to remove hydrogen peroxide, saving water, energy and time;

According to the specific circumstances of each industry (refer to the recommended dosage in Accessory 1), the optimum reaction conditions is 25℃, pH6.8, be compatible with the most commonly used active agents and hydrogen peroxide stabilizers. |
Remark: Habio can supply different enzyme activity of catalase according to customer requirements.
Package and Storage
Packaging: 30kg per plastic barrel, 225kg per plastic barrel.
The activity is not less than the labeled enzyme activity after store for 6 months in 4℃; The activity is not less than the labeled enzyme activity after store for 3 months under room temperature condition (less than 25 ℃). Avoid long-term storage in above 30 ℃.
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.

Remarks:
1. Detection method of Catalase activity is Na2S2O3-KI titration (enterprise standard).
2. Using the MERCK Hydrogen peroxide test strips to measure the residual H2O2 of samples: immerse the test strip in the samples and remove it after 1 second, compare it with the standard color card in 15 seconds, processing completed when the reading is zero.
