Glucose Oxidase
Habio Glucose Oxidase is produced by Aspergillus niger with progressive submerged fermentation technology and variety of post-processing techniques. It can be highly catalytic beta - D - glucose specificity, generate gluconate, consume oxygen, has the advantages of reaction efficiency, non-toxic side effects. It also can effectively play the role of health care and disease prevention.
One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase is defined as the quantity of enzymes,which liberates 1 μmol of D-glucono-δ-lactone and hydrogen peroxide every minute from β-D- glucose at 30℃ and pH 6.
