Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co.,Ltd. using liquid submerged fermentation, after years of repeated research and testing, successfully developed Habio Xylanase. The major role of Habio Xylanase is to eliminate anti-nutrient effect of xylan in animal feed and improve the digestibility of feed, which will increase utilization of unconventional feedstuffs, reduce feed costs and improve feed efficiency.
Definition of Activity
One unite (U) of xylanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μmol of reducing sugar from 5.0mmol/L xylan solution at 37℃ and pH5.5 in 1min.
Anti-nutrient Effect of Xylan
Arabinoxylan (AX) belongs to non-starch polysaccharide (NSP), is one kind of hemicellulose that exists in many plant feeds. Based on the solubility, it can be divided into WEAX (Water-extractable Arabinoxylan, around 25%-30%) and WUAX (Water-unextractable Arabinoxylan, around 70%-75%).

1. Increasing viscosity of the chyme in gastrointestinal tract,reducing the interaction of nutrient and endogenous enzymes, thus slowing down the rate of diffusion of nutrients.
2. Augmenting the chyme moisture and increasing harmful microbial fermentation in hindgut, thus lowering nutrient utilization efficiency and causing diarrhea.
3. Xylan will combine with digestive enzymes (such as intestinal trypsin, lipase) and bile acid, thus reducing the activity of endogenous digestive enzymes in the animal intestinal tract and affecting digestibility.
4. Nutrients (starch, protein, etc.) are enwrapped by Xylan, thus reducing the nutritional value of feed.

Package and Storage
Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.
Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
