Description of Pectinase Powder
Habio Pectinase is a kind of pectinase developed by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology, meanwhile has cellulase and hemicellulase activity. It can efficiently hydrolysis the pectic substance and fiber polysaccharides effectively, which can reduce the viscosity of juice, clarify juice, increase the output rate of juice, etc.
Definition of Pectinase Activity
One unit of enzyme activity is marked as U/g or U/mL, and defined as one gram solid enzyme powder or one milliliter liquid enzyme liberates 1 mg galacturonic acid from pectin in one hour at 50℃ and pH3.5.

Package and Storage
Packaging: 20kg/25kg fiber drums
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form.
