Habio Acid Cellulase Liquid
Mechanism
Cellulose is a high-polysaccharides made of glucopyranose by β-1,4-glycosidic bond. Cellulase system consists of three major components: Endoglucanases (endo-1,4-β-D-glucanases; C1; EG, EC 3.2.1.4), cellobiohydrolases (exo-1,4-β-D-glucanases; CX; CBH, EC 3.2.1.91), and β-glucosidases (1,4-β-D-glucosidase; βG; BGL, EC 3.2.1.21). EG acts on insoluble cellulose surface, breaks internal bonds to disrupt the crystalline structure of cellulose and expose individual cellulose polysaccharide chains, and makes cellulose chains hydration easily. CBH cleaves 2-4 units from the ends of the exposed chains produced by EG, resulting in the tetrasaccharides or disaccharide such as cellobiose. βG hydrolyses the CBH product into individual monosaccharides. Through the reasonable combination and allocation of above enzyme system, cellulose can be efficiently degraded in varying degrees.
Definition of Cellulase
One unit of cellulase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μmol of reducing sugar from 4.0mmol/L sodium carbixymethyl cellulase substrate at 37℃ and pH5.5 in 1min.

Application of Habio Cellulase
Temperature:45-55°C.optimum temperature:50°C
pH:4.5-5.5,optimum pH:4.8;
Washing time:15-45 miutes(depending on the desired effect,the longer the effect is more significant);
Dosage:0.5-1.0%(owf-on weight of treated fabrics,adjust according to the treated material and specific requirements;the amount is greater,the effect is more significant);
Bath ratio:1:5-1:15;Use oxalic acid or acetic acid to adjust water bath pH;
Package and Storage
Packaging: 30kg, 225kg, 1ton closed tanks
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 6 months.
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
