Description of BP100
Protein feed is the main component of feed formulation, accounting for 50-55% of the total cost of feed formulation, and has become a key factor affecting feed and breeding profits. At present, the high price of protein feed has brought about a significant increase in the farming cost and dramatically reduced the farming benefit. Furthermore, excessive protein in diet and limited digestion of protein feed by animals themselves not only result in waste of raw materials, but also the accumulation and fermentation of undigested protein in the hindgut of animals, leading to diarrhea meantime increasing nitrogen emissions in feces, consequently aggravating environmental pollution.
Under the call for "energy saving and emission reduction, ecological breeding", various breeding enterprises and feed enterprises vigorously promote and apply low protein diet technology. However, how to improve the digestive efficiency of protein feed in animals is also one of the core technologies for low protein diet application.
Habio, after years of R&D, together with well-known universities at home and abroad such as Korea National Academy of Life Sciences, Sichuan University and Sichuan Agricultural University, has formed a new generation of feed protease -Protezyme BP100 through a large number of enzyme screening and animal experiments.
The product can significantly make up for the deficiency of endogenous protease in animals, improve the utilization rate of various protein feeds by animals, optimize the intestinal morphology, ensure the intestinal health of animals, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the breeding income. Meanwhile, the application of this product can also save feed resources, reduce ammonia nitrogen emissions, and make farming and the beautiful environment more natural and harmonious.
Definition of BP100
One protease unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μg Folin positive amino acid and peptide from casein in 40℃,pH10.5.

Application Solution
Direct adding:Adding amount for 1 Ton complete diet. Suckling Pig and Piglet:80-150g, Finishing Pig:50-100g, Breeding Pig:100-150 g, Poultry&Livestock:80-150g, Aquatic Livestock:100-300g.
Protein-lowering Addition:Reduce the crude protein 0.3%-0.5% in formula. Suckling Pig and Piglet: 100-300 g, Finishing Pig: 100-200g, Breeding Pig: 200-250 g, Poultry & Livestock: 100-300g, Aquatic Livestock: 200-400g.Please contact our technicians for specific application solutions.
Package and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/bag, 20kg/25kg fiber drums
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form (less than 25 ℃).
