Description of Acid Mannanase

Habio Acid Mannanase specifically degrades β-mannan to produce mannooligosaccharides.The main functions of this enzyme are as follows:

(1) reduce the viscosity of digestive tract chyme;

(2) improve the intestinal microflora and maintain the integrity of intestinal function and structure;

(3) to alleviate the insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) secretion disorder caused by mannan;

(4) alleviate the effect of mycotoxin on the animal body.

Definition of Beta Mannanase

One unit of (U) of Beta Mannanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme , which liberate 1μmol reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan solution at 37℃, pH5.5.

Fuction of Acid Beta Mannanase

1. Degrading the beta-mannan efficiently, lowering the chyme viscosity, imporving the absorbtion of nutrients.

2. Degrading the beta-mannnan combining with the protein and lipid polysaccharide, increase the use ratio of feed raw materials.

3. Remove the combination of beta-mannan and NSP, digestive enzyme, cholate, increase the acitivity of digestive enzyme.

4. Break up the cell wall and then release the nutrients.

5. The degradation product of beta-mannan is manno-oligosaccharides, which can reduce the planting of the pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract and keep the intestinal mucosa integrity, boost the multiplication of probiotics in intestinal tract and reduce the diarrhea, so finally increase the production performance.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
