Lipase can improve the absorption and utilization rate of fat and the energy utilization of feedstuff effectively during the growth process of pig, chicken, duck, fish, etc. It will also supplement necessary nutrient substance such as essential fat acid, fat soluble vitamin and pigment to animal.

 

Lipozyme

 

Lipozyme is the specialized enzyme product positioned on solving digestion and utilization efficiency of feed fat all sidedly. Application of Lipozyme to different animals

 

1. Poultry

 

This trial was divided into seven treatments. Groups based on different energy level of feedstuff were normal (PC), -50kcal/kg (NC1), -100kcal/kg (NC2), -150kcal/kg (NC3). Add Lipozyme 200g/t in lower energy groups. The normal energy group kept usual feed energy level of birkin chicken (2.9kcal/kg for prior period and 3.05kcal/kg for later). 8 repetitions were done for each treatment and 12 Kebao meat-type rooster for each repetition.

The trial was carried in the testing field of Animal Nutrition Institute Sichuan Agricultural University. It started from Nov. 31, 2010 and finished on Jan. 11, 2011. The trial period are 42 day.

 

Conclusions

 

(1) With the lowering of energy level in feedstuff, the weight of poultry bring down obviously. Add Lipozyme into feedstuff can improve the weight of poultry. The weight kept with the level of PC group (normal) when adding Lipozyme into NC1 group (-50kcal/kg).

 

(2) With the decreasing of energy level in feedstuff, feed/gain (F/G) will increase obviously. Adding Lipozyme into feedstuff can improve utilization rate of feed, lower F/G. In NC1 group (-50kcal/kg), the F/G was not influenced after adding Lipozyme but reached the normal level of group (PC).

 

(3) Adding Lipozyme in feedstuff can lower the feeding cost. According to cost calculation of this trial, 15 RMB/t had been saved.

 

(4) Lowering the energy level for 50kcal/kg and adding Lipozyme 200g/t in feedstuff, the production performance of poultry can be improved, and the feeding cost will be reduced.

 

2. Duck

This trial was carried in field in Liaocheng, Shandong province, China, for about 22180 valley meat ducks in 7 great pavilions. Add 0.02% Lipozyme and lower energy of feed by 30kcal/kg. The trial period was 42 days, and the feedstuff was provided by Yanggu Yitong Tongmao Feed Co., Ltd.

 

Conclusions

 

(1) Lowering energy level of feedstuff for about 30kcal/kg and adding Lipozyme, the growing performance of duck was improved evidently. Compared with local market average level, individual weight was improved for about 305g each. F/G was 0.12 lower than normal. Directly, the gross income was increased for about 1.14RMB per duck.

 

(2) Adding Lipozyme into feedstuff can improve the slaughter performance. The average net weight of low energy level feedstuff + 0.02% Lipozyme group was 225g higher than average local market level. The income is increased directly.

 

(3) Adding Lipozyme into low energy level feedstuff can lower feed cost for 6RMB/t in this trial. The Yanggu Yitong Tongmao Feed Co., Ltd. is a 5000t/month grade feed factory. 30 thousand RMB can be saved per month.

 

3. Spotted-brown chickens

 

This trial was divided into three treatments. The Lipozyme additive amount is 0 or 0.02%. Groups based on different energy level of feedstuff were normal, low (lower 50kcal/kg) and low energy feedstuff + 0.02% Lipozyme. The trial was designed 5000 chickens for each great pavilion and 63 days for the trial period. Trial ground was Dongguan, Guangdong. Trial animals (15000 one day old spotted-brown chickens) were supported by Xin Da Di Feed Co., Ltd. and distributed randomly. (Table 3)

Conclusions

 

1 When lower the energy level by 50kcal/kg and add Lipozyme into feedstuff, the growing performance still can be improved. The daily weight gain was 1.11% higher than normal group. The F/G is 3.432% lower than normal.

 

2 Adding Lipozyme into low energe level feedstuff can lower the death rate of chickens. In this trial, it was 42.80% lower than control group and 56.03% lower than low-energy daily ration group.

 

3 Adding Lipozyme into low energe level feedstuff can decrease feed cost for 18 yuan/T in this trial. It will be 90 thousands yuan for a 5000 tons/month grade feed factory.

 

In conclusion,after lowering by 50-100kcal/kg of energy with adding Lipozyme, the growing performance of animals still could be improved and the 50kcal/kg at least could be reduced. It also could be widely used in complete feed, premix compound and concentrate feed.

Usage is based on actual producing condition:

 

1,Direct adding:Add 200g Lipozyme per metric ton into complete feed directly on the basis of original formula.

 

2,Formulation method:Change the content of raw materials and reduce the metabolic energy (50Kcal) of formula, then add 200g Lipozyme, thus reduce the formula cost while equaling with or exceeding the feed effect of the original formula.

 

Package and Storage

 

Packaging: 25kg/ Kraft-bag.

Original package, store under sealed condition and less than 25℃ for 12 months.

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
