Habio 10000U Beta Glucanase Enzyme Benefits For Juice Brewing

Habio βeta-glucanase using Trichoderma longibrachiatum for microbial liquid submerged fermentation, can hydrolyze beta-glucan in plant feed ingredients to enhance utilization of nutrients in animal feed, such as energy, crude protein, amino acids, etc.

Definition of Activity

One unit (U) of glucanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μmol reducing sugar per minute from 4mg/mL β-glucan solution at 37℃, pH5.5.

Product Functions

1. High efficiency of degradation of beta glucan, increasing the nutrient digestibility of plant materials, especially wheat and feed meals and improving the production performance of livestock and poultry;
2. Reducing viscosity of chime, improving the nutrients digestibility and usage;
3. Breaking down the cell wall, thus making the grain crude protein, fat, carbohydrates in the cells more easily to be absorbed;
4. Reducing the harmful bacteria breeding, improving the intestinal morphology, make the intestinal tract easier to absorb the nutrients;
5. More non-conventional raw materials could be used to lower feed costs while maintaining the production performance;
6. Reducing the phenomenon “anal paste” of livestock and poultry, in this way, feces can be cleaned easily, thus reducing the emission of nitrogen in manure.

Specification and Usage

Package and Storage

Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.

Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
