Habio Mid-temperature Alpha-amylase is obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It is widely used in manufacture of alcohol, brewery, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar, liquification in fermentation process, textile, dye & printing, desizing in papermaking, feed industry etc.
Definition of Activity
One unit of enzyme activity is marked as U/g or U/mL, and defined as one gram solid enzyme powder or one milliliter liquid enzyme liquefies one gram soluble starch in one hour at 60℃ and pH6.0.
Product Application
1. Starch sugar and gourmet powder: Concentration of starch syrup 16-17B , pH 6.2-6.4 , CaCl2 0.2%(calculate by raw material weight), add the enzyme in the rate of 6-8U/g, stir and heat to 85-90°C, keep for 30 minutes.
2. In brewing of beer: If rice or corn is used as the auxiliary material, they are needed to ground powder firstly and then let the powder through a 40 mesh sieve over; And then add the enzyme in the rate of 6U/g, keep at 85-90°C for 30 minutes.
3. In textile desizing: Apply to non-high temperature endurance silk, chemical fiber, cotton and wool desizing; Use purified liquid amylase as desizing agent; Use add the enzyme in the rate of 0.2%(2000u/g), keep at 50-80 °C for 20-40 minutes.
4. Others: Rate of use is generally 6-8U/g; Ca 2 + concentration is 150ppm.
