It can be highly catalytic beta - D - glucose specificity, generate gluconate, consume oxygen, has the advantages of reaction efficiency, non-toxic side effects. Definition of activity

One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase is defined as the quantity of enzymes,which liberates 1 μmol of D-gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide every minute from β-D- glucose at 37℃ and pH 6.

Product Functions

1. It can make the anaerobic environment, lowering intestinal pH, promoting the propagation of probiotic bacteria, inhibiting the growth of E. coli, salmonella and other harmful bacteria by making anaerobic condition;
2. Protecting the intestinal epithelial integrity to inhabit invasion of ball and the pathogenic bacteria;
