Glucose oxidase (GOD) is a enzyme preparation developed by Habio in cooperation with the University of California and the Institute of Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is cultivated by Aspergillus niger, produced by advanced liquid submerged fermentation technology, and comprehensively developed by a variety of post-processing technologies. It can highly specifically catalyze the β-D-glucose reaction to generate gluconic acid and consume oxygen. It has the advantages of high reaction efficiency and non-toxic side effects. It can effectively play a role in health care and disease prevention for animal breeding.
1. Proliferate probiotics in the intestines, produce more short-chain fatty acids and improve the body's immunity;
2. Eliminate intestinal pathogenic bacteria, ensure the integrity of intestinal morphology and structure and optimize intestinal flora;
3. Stimulate the production of endogenous enzymes in the intestines, promote nutrient digestion and absorption;
4. Acidify the digestive environment of the gastrointestinal tract;
5. Prevent the harm of mycotoxins;
6. Promote the absorption of trace elements and ensure the health of animals.
One GOD Unit (U/g) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to oxidize β-D-glucose per minute to produce 1.0 μmol H2O2 at 37℃ and pH 6.0.
* High enzyme activity, high specificity, rapid reaction, non-toxic side effects;
* High enzymatic efficiency at 30-65℃ and pH 3.0-7.0, suitable for animal gastrointestinal environment;
* Strong thermostability, and good adaptation to the conditions of feed granulation.
* Strong pH tolerance at pH 3.0-10.0; Strong resistance to protease;
* The advanced liquid submerged fermentation technology and unique post-processing technology ensure the high activity and stability.
