Xylan is one of the main components of plant cell wall. As an anti-nutritional factor in feed ingredients, xylan can effectively bind to cellulose, preventing the content from combining with digestive enzymes, reducing the digestibility of nutrients. In addition, it can also absorb water and swell, increasing the viscosity of chyme, making animals feel full, reducing food intake, thus affecting production performance. Livestock and poultry themselves lack xylanase, so the addition of Habio xylanase becomes a necessity. Habio xylanase is a kind of hydrolytic enzyme which degrades xylan and breaks down plant cell wall. Main functions of xylanase:
The amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1 mol reducing sugar from 5 mg/mL xylan solution per minute at 37℃, pH 5.5 is defined as one unit of enzyme activity (U).
* The combination of high activity of endo-xylanase and exo-xylanase efficiently acts on soluble and insoluble xylan at the same time with high efficiency of hydrolysis.
* Better thermostability than general fungal xylanase. The relative enzyme activity remains over 95% at 85℃-85%RH. Strong pH tolerance in pH2.5-7.5, strong resistance to digestive enzymes and high storage stability;
* Habio xylanase has high activity from 30℃-75℃ and from pH4.5-7.5.
* Optimized strain fermentation, advanced liquid submerged fermentation and post-process treatment, good stability and high efficiency.
