It can be used in beer brewing, fruit wine brewing, flour improvement, xylo-oligosaccharide production, and other fields to meet different processing requirements.
How to use
This product has a good temperature and pH application range and can function in the range of 35°C-65°C and pH5.0-8.0. The dosage is determined through small tests based on actual food technology and processes.

Shelf Life and Storage Condition
12 months (store under sealed condition with original package at less than 25℃ and avoid to be exposed to sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity).
