Habio new protease is developed by microbial fermentation technology and advanced post processing techniques with high efficient protein-disulfide reductase and peptide hydrolysis enzymes, which could be widely used in feed, textile, detergent and any other industry field.
Enzyme activity
One protease unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μg Folin positive amino acid and peptide from casein in 40℃,pH10.5.
Product features
1. Wide temperature range.
As Figure.1 Shows the definition of protease activity at 40℃ is considered as 100% while the residual activity is over 95% in animal body.
The temperature range : 35℃ - 80℃.
The optimal temperature: 65℃
2. Wide pH range
As Figure.2 Shows, the pH range : 3.5 – 9.5, the optimal pH range: 5.5 -9.5
The residual activity could be around 90% after 12 months under room temperature (25℃).
4. Excellent thermostability
As Figure.4 Shows, the residual activity is 80.20% at the pelleting temperature 85℃.

Package and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/bag; liquid lipase: 30kg per plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
