Description of Habio Acid Protease
The product is obtained by controlled fermentation of Aspergillus Niger. It can effectively hydrolyze protein under the low pH condition. It is widely used in brewery and manufacture of alcohol, food processing, feed additives, leather processing, etc.
The products could be divided into food, feed and industry grade, the granule form is specialized for feed industry.
Definition of Acid Protease
One acid protease unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme ,which hydrolyze 1 μg of tyrosine from casein in a minute at 40°C and pH 3.0.

Package and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/bag; liquid : 30kg per plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
